Seamless Identification is Gaia's approach to verifying identities and managing access without friction. It combines tokenised identification, either through facial authentication or BLE tags, and strict privacy controls so you can recognise guests and control access at scale - while staying fully compliant.
From touchless check-in to recognition across facilities, every interaction is fast and respectful of personal data.
Replace slow, error-prone processes with instant facial and BLE recognition for customers, workforce and visitors. Touchless verification cuts wait times by 90% while boosting accuracy and satisfaction.

Two-Tier Identification
Use the same camera stack two ways: tokenised, privacy-preserving detection for routing and policy — or rich personal profiles when guests consent and your rules allow. You choose the tier per zone, journey, or role.
Tier 1
Facial detection still runs for operations — but as anonymous or tokenised signals. Classify registered, unregistered, whitelist, or blacklist individuals without surfacing names or PII to every screen.

Tier 2
When identity is meant to shine through, profiles unlock tailored greetings, preferences, and premium service — with entitlements and history visible only to the roles you define.

Trust & compliance
Seamless Identification is built for regulated environments: tokenised biometrics, clear retention rules, and workflows that keep guests in charge of their data.
Architecture and defaults minimise data exposure from day one.
Lawful basis, DPA workflows, and EU-grade processing discipline.
Encryption, hardening, and monitoring fit for enterprise deployments.
Consent, access, and erasure paths that respect the individual.
Our approach aligns with GDPR and partner security expectations.

Seamless Identification is Gaia's approach to verifying identities and managing access using tokenised facial authentication and BLE-based detection. No raw biometrics are stored; only irreversible tokens are used for matching, so you get fast, touchless verification with full privacy and regulatory compliance.
Face images are captured on the device, then converted into an irreversible token locally. Only the token is used for matching; raw images or biometric templates are not stored or sent to central servers. Geofencing can invalidate data when devices leave your premises.
Yes. The solution is designed for GDPR, PDPA, and similar regulations. We support consent, purpose limitation, data minimisation, retention limits, and the right to erasure. We do not store raw biometric data.
BLE mesh is a network of Bluetooth Low Energy beacons and readers that work together to detect and identify guests carrying BLE tags or using the Gaia app. It provides continuous coverage across large venues with no dead zones.
Most deployments are completed in 2-4 weeks. Pre-configured templates and connectors for access control and guest systems speed up implementation.
The way operations are working today is not sustainable and they cannot really manage guests and properly track the services they provide. Gaia gave them the ability to have a better identification of the guests, and to anticipate and understand what each guest is supposed to be doing. They want to get rid of Whatsapp messages, as they receive thousands of messages in groups that are impossible to follow. They want to anticipate services they need to provide and be ready for them. It means that if a person has arrived and gone to their hotel, it is reported that they arrived, were properly greeted, successfully checked-in, etc. If any issue happened, it is documented and reported. It’s really about improving visibility and awareness of the services, and to track whether the services are provided properly or not. What they need to achieve is service excellence with full awareness, and Gaia gives them that.
